Your Orbit Account

Your Orbit account lives at orbitspatial.io and handles everything that happens in the browser — sign-in, licences, trials, downloads, and account settings. This section covers the website and account side of Orbit; the applications themselves are documented in the Orbit and Orbit Lite guides.

What's in your account

• Licences — every purchase or trial licence is attached to your account. You can see the keys and their status in one place, and reset device activations if you've moved to a new Mac.
• Downloads — signed macOS builds, generated with short-lived per-user download links for security. Additional platforms will be added as they become available.
• Account settings — change your email, change your password, and manage connected sign-in methods (Google, Apple).

Receipts for purchases are emailed to you by Stripe at checkout — they don't live on the account page. If you need a copy, search your inbox or contact support.

Signing in

You can sign in three ways — email and password, Google, or Apple. All three work for both new and existing accounts, and you can have multiple methods enabled at once.
