Sign-in issues
All sign-in-specific errors — including the "already connected to another account" collision, expired sessions, and email-not-verified — are covered in the Troubleshooting section of Signing In.
Licences and downloads

Account access
I've lost access to my sign-in email
If you've lost access to the email address on your Orbit account, we can help. Email [email protected] from the new email address you'd like to use, and include:
- A description of the original email (no need to send it in full)
- Any licence keys you have
- A Stripe receipt or order number if available
We'll verify ownership and move your account.
I want to close my account

- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead (a screenshot helps)
- Your account email
- The rough time (so we can find it in logs)
