Content Switching

Some files carry more than one version of the content. When they do, a switcher appears in the header so you can choose which version to play back.

IAMF mix presentations

An IAMF / Eclipsa file can contain multiple mix presentations — different mixes of the same programme, for example a full mix and an alternate or stems-focused mix.

When a file has more than one, a Mix Presentation menu appears in the header. Click it to open the Content popover and choose the presentation you want.

EBU ADM programme & language

EBU ADM files can carry multiple programmes and languages. Orbit Lite switches between them the same way — from the header — so you can check each variant of the delivery without loading a different file.

TIP

Switching content re-reads the file's structure, so meters, solos and the waveform all update to the newly selected version.
